Password
Problems?
1) The login
is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as you entered it
when you first joined. Our system takes uppercase as different
than lowercase letters. So, if your username is "rosefan",
and you enter it as "Rosefan", the system will not recognize
that login.
2) Were you
were a member, but your membership may have recently expired?
We can verify that for you.
3) You are
a current member, but shared your password with a friend. This
is known as password trading, and my system catches that and disables
your account until you contact us.
4) In some
cases, using an AOL browser will cause my security system to think
multiple users are in under your login. This is because AOL doesn't
feel the Internet standards apply to them, and they choose to
do things in a non-standard way. If you do use AOL to access my
site, or any site, I recommend using the Internet Explorer, Netscape,
or Opera browser instead.
